Privacy Policy

Orvio (“Orvio”, “we”, “us” or “our”) is a web-based digital product agency headquartered in Rangpur, Bangladesh. We design and build websites, landing pages, SaaS products and dashboards, and mobile apps for startups and businesses around the world.

This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect through orvio.agency (the “Website”) and while working with clients, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have. By using the Website or contacting us, you agree to the practices described here.

You do not need an account to browse the Website. We collect only what we need to respond to you and to deliver projects.

Information you give us through our forms. On the Contact page and the Pricing page you can send us:

• Your name and email address
• Your WhatsApp number (optional on some forms)
• Your company name
• The services you are interested in, such as website design, development, branding, app design, Webflow / Framer or a landing page
• Your project budget range and a description of your project

Meetings you book with us. When you book a call through our Cal.com link, Cal.com collects the details you enter (such as your name, email, preferred time and any notes) and shares them with us so we can hold the meeting.

Communication during a project. If we work together, we may communicate by email, WhatsApp, Slack, Discord, video calls and project tools, and we keep the messages and files exchanged.

Project materials. To design and build your product we may receive brand assets, copy, images, product data, and access to tools such as your domain, hosting, CMS, design files, source-code repositories, analytics or app-store accounts.

Technical data. Like any website, our servers and hosting infrastructure can record your IP address, browser and device type, operating system, referring page and the pages requested. We use this for security, troubleshooting and to keep the Website running.

Our portfolio images are hosted on orvio.agency itself, so viewing them does not send your data to a third party.

The Website also links to external services including Dribbble, Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, WhatsApp and Cal.com. Once you open one of them, their own privacy policy applies, and we are not responsible for how they handle your data.

We use personal information to:

• Reply to your inquiries, schedule calls and prepare proposals, quotes and Project Agreements
• Plan, design, develop, test and deliver your project and provide support or ongoing monthly design services
• Send invoices and manage payments and our business records
• Operate, secure and improve the Website, and prevent spam and abuse
• Comply with legal and accounting obligations and protect our rights

We contact you about your inquiry or an active project. We do not send marketing newsletters unless you ask us to.

When we build a website, app or dashboard for you, we may handle data that belongs to you or to your own customers, for example user records in a staging environment, CMS content or analytics. In that situation you decide why and how that data is used, and we process it on your behalf and only to deliver the agreed work.

• We access only the data and accounts needed for the project.
• We do not use client or end-user data for our own marketing or any other purpose.
• We ask clients to share logins through secure invitations or team access (for example, adding us as collaborators) instead of sending passwords in chat, and to remove our access when the project or plan ends.
• You are responsible for having a lawful basis, notices and consents for the personal data you ask us to work with, and for your own privacy policy on the product we build for you.

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only as follows:

• Service providers. Tools and vendors that help us operate, such as Resend (which delivers the messages you send through our forms to our inbox), Cal.com (call booking), website hosting and infrastructure providers, and communication and collaboration tools like email, WhatsApp, Slack, Discord and video-call platforms. Design and development tools such as Figma and code-hosting platforms may also hold project files.
• Team members and contractors. People who work with us on your project are given access only to what they need and are bound by confidentiality.
• Legal reasons. When required by law, legal process or a valid government request, or to protect the rights, safety and property of Orvio, our clients or others.
• Business transfers. If Orvio is involved in a merger, acquisition or sale of assets, information may be transferred as part of that transaction.

The Website does not use advertising cookies or cross-site tracking. Your browser may store limited technical data, and our infrastructure may use cookies that are strictly necessary for security and performance.

If we add analytics, advertising pixels or other optional tracking in the future, we will update this policy first and, where the law requires, ask for your consent. You can block or delete cookies at any time in your browser settings.

• Inquiries that do not become a project are kept only as long as needed to follow up, and we delete them when you ask.
• Project records, agreements, invoices and communications are kept for the duration of the project and afterwards as long as needed for support, our legitimate business records and legal, tax and accounting requirements.
• Client access, credentials and end-user data are removed from our systems when the project or plan ends, or when you ask, unless the law requires us to keep a record.

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures: encrypted connections (HTTPS), restricted access so only team members who need project data can see it, and removal of access once it is no longer needed. No system is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security. If we become aware of a breach that affects your information, we will notify you as the law requires.

Orvio operates from Bangladesh and works with clients worldwide, and the tools we use may store data in other countries. By contacting us or becoming a client you understand that your information may be transferred to and processed in countries whose data-protection laws differ from your own. We take reasonable steps to protect it wherever it is processed.

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

• Access the personal information we hold about you
• Ask us to correct inaccurate or incomplete information
• Ask us to delete your personal information
• Object to or restrict certain processing, or withdraw a consent you gave us
• Receive a copy of your information in a portable format

Email us at hello@orvio.agency to exercise these rights. We may need to verify your identity first and will reply within a reasonable time. If we process data for you as a client’s service provider, we may refer your request to that client.

Our Website and services are intended for businesses and are not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has sent us information, please contact us and we will delete it.

We may update this Privacy Policy as our Website, tools or services change. We will update the “Last updated” date above, and tell you about significant changes on the Website or by email where appropriate. Continuing to use the Website after an update means you accept the revised policy.
